Get your installation checklist to be filled in & finalized
To ensure that the oven is covered by the warranty, the installation checklist must be filled in after installation of the oven.
Review the installation checklist with the end-user, then get the signature from both the service technician and the end-user on the checklist. Save it in case of the warranty claim as the following information.

How to report a claim – service partners only
Replace broken item
To avoid unnecessary down time on the combi oven, the service partner will replace the broken item before contacting HOUNÖ.
Submit claim request
Please fill out the form to initiate the claim process. To help us expedite your application quicker, please provide us with as much detailed information about the issue including photos and/or video documentation as possible. Please send the application to techsupport@houno.com.
Verification
As soon as we receive your claim, our technical support team will look into it. You will receive a reply the same day of submitting the claim if the claim is received within opening hours.
Item replacement
In case the claim is accepted, the service partner will be credited for the replaced item.
