Hands on technical training
BASIC TRAINING
What you’ll get
– Introduction to the ovens and how the ovens work
– Understanding of error codes
– How to troubleshoot the oven
– Update software
– Installation and service manuals
– Fill in the installation checklist and much more
The training session lasts two days. You must be a HOUNÖ Service Partner to participate in our training.
ADVANCED TRAINING
What you’ll get
– Insight in the latest oven updates
– In-depth knowledge on troubleshooting
– New software updates
– Knowledge about new oven features
The training session is one day. To participate in this training session, you must have completed the basic training.
GAS TRAINING
What you’ll get
– Introduction to the gas system
– Gas vs. electrical oven – the differences
– Regulation and installation of the gas oven
– Service and maintenance
The training session is one day. To participate in this training session, you must have completed the basic training.
TRAINING COMPLETE
When you complete the technical training, you will receive a certificate stating that you have successfully finished the training.
Please note, technical training is free of charge for HOUNÖ Service Partners. Travel and accommodation are paid by the participant.
