Why is there white coating in the oven?

White coating in the oven cavity may be due to lime or soap residue. Check the water filter capacity and replace if necessary. Clean the oven with a descaler and perform a cleaning cycle. If the problem continues, contact your local service partner.

Why does the oven not produce as much steam as before?

Decrease of steam can be caused by defective heating elements or limescale on the heating elements in the steam generator. Check the water filter capacity and replace if necessary. Descale the steam generator. If the problem continues, contact your local service partner.

How often should I clean my oven with CombiWash?

To maintain efficiency and ensure a high level of sanitation, it is recommended to clean the oven daily. Under the front panel is a spray hose ready to use to clean the oven after it has cooled down.

The oven reports an error, how do I fix it?

Find the troubleshooting guide in the service manual to identify the error.

You can find the service manual for your combi oven here.

Where do I find the serial number on my oven?

The serial number for your combi oven can be found on the rating plate.
The illustration below shows where the rating plate is placed for the different oven types.

How old is my oven?

The first part of the serial number identifies the age of the oven.

  • 04 = month of manufacture (e.g. 04 = April)
  • 09 = day of manufacture (e.g. 09)
  • 056206 = production number

The illustration below shows where the rating plate is placed for the different oven types.

Why does the oven door report open when the door is closed?

If your oven door reports ‘open’ when the door is closed, you need to perform a door calibration. It is an easy and simple procedure done on the ovens touch panel. Follow these few steps and your combi unit is ready to be used:

  • Go to ‘Settings’ in the upper right corner on the touch panel
  • Select ‘Super user’
  • Select ‘Calibrate’
  • Select ‘Calibrate front door’
  • Click on ‘Start calibration’

The oven door is now calibrated, and you can go back to the main menu.
If the error persists, please contact your local service provider.
