Strawberry Tart

Ingredients:

Shortcrust Pastry
240 g all-purpose flour
50 g powdered sugar
A pinch of salt
120 g cold butter
1 egg, beaten
Optional: a little cold water

 

Pastry Cream
1 vanilla pod
120 g sugar
6 egg yolks
30 g cornstarch
500 ml whole milk

 

Decoration
200 g dark chocolate
500 g strawberries
