Makes 4 pizzas

Transform your pizza game with our signature sauces. From the robust Tomato Sauce, aged to perfection without cooking, to the creamy delight of our White Pizza Sauce, ideal for veggie masterpieces. Elevate every bite with our crafted flavours.

Ingredients for Tomato Pizza Sauce:

1 can of tomatoes
1.5 dl water
1 tablespoon olive oil
0.5 tbsp dried oregano
0.5 tbsp dried basil
0.5 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper

 

Preparation:
Mix tomato, water, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a large bowl.
Add dried oregano, dried basil, dried rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Allow the sauce to rest for several hours to let the flavours develop. No cooking is necessary.

 

Ingredients for alternative White Pizza Sauce (Crème Fraiche):

500 g crème fraiche 38%
4 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper

 

Preparation:
Mix the ingredients with a stick blender until smooth. The sauce is now ready.
Ideal for veggie pizzas like potato pizza and asparagus.
