Focaccia – HOUNÖ

Ingredients

750 gr strong flour 750 gr plain flour 75 gr yeast 150 ml olive oil 500 ml water (approx) 30 gr salt 10 gr sugar 100 rg green olives roughly chopped 40 gr rosemary, removed from the stalks and roughly chopped 150 ml olive oil 100 gr sundried tomatoes roughly chopped and soaked in warm water

Preparation

1 Mix all the ingredients except the sundried tomatoes, rosemary and olives on the machine with the dough hook for about 6-8 minutes to form a smooth dough. 2 Add the chopped tomatoes, olives and rosemary last. 3 Transfer the dough to a clean bowl. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place to double in volume. 4 Transfer the dough to a greased pan, make some marks in the bread with your fingers and drizzle with olive oil, cover with cling film and leave to double in volume again.

Cooking steps in Invoq Combi / Bake oven

Preheat - 220°C - 1 minute

Insert product (giving an alarm)

Convection - 200°C – 100% fan speed - 20 minutes
