Dutch sausage rolls

A famous Dutch recipe called “Brabants Worstebroodje”.
 
This recipe is for 24 pcs.
 
 

Ingredients
Dough:
300 gr milk
750 gr flour
40 gr yeast
13 gr salt
15 gr caster sugar
185 gr butter (room temp)
 
Meat sausages:
1100 gr half and half minced pork/veal
3 eggs
200 gr grated extra mature cheese
150 gr bacon diced finely
120 gr breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
