Preparation for beef

 

  1. Remove from the oven and leave the rice to stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the heavy granite bowl and heat to 250°C, add a little sesame oil and rub carefully around the bowl with some kitchen roll. Pack the bowl with the cooked rice leaving 3 cm to the rim. Put back into the oven for 5 minutes to caramelise.
  3. Put the beef slices, carrots and Shitake into a 20 mm Imperial tray.

  • Preheat – 190°C – 1 minute
  • Note – insert product (giving an alarm)
  • CombiSense – 175°C – 20% humidity – 80% fan speed – 10 minutes

 

Preparation for steaming beansprouts

 

  1. Put the radish and the beansprouts in a Steamfry basket.

  • Preheat – 100°C – 1 minute
  • Note – insert product (giving an alarm)
  • Steam – 100°C – 70% fan speed – 8 minutes
