Baking steps in Invoq oven

After baking

Once cooked leave to cool. Store in a cool dry room, this can be done months before Christmas.

 

Regenerate

 

      Steaming – 100°C – 2 hours

Pour a little hot brandy over the pudding before serving. Then very carefully set it alight.

Let the flames die out, then serve with a rich thick brandy custard.
