This culinary hub, led by the dynamic duo of Line Bonnerup and Jane Byrialsen, has recently undergone a transformative upgrade with the integration of the Invoq Hybrid Stackit 10-1/1 GN + 6-1/1 GN oven. 

The Invoq oven has swiftly become the linchpin of the canteen’s kitchen, revolutionizing the cooking experience for Bonnerup and Byrialsen. With enhanced capacity and accelerated cooking times, the duo now relies on the Invoq oven for a myriad of culinary delights, relegating their traditional stove to the sidelines.

We now use the ovens to steam rice, pasta and potatoes. In the beginning, we kept checking the oven because you cannot hear it working, but of course, it was, and the result is amazing,
